Your keys are stored in a secure location without any directly identifying information on them.
We recommend letting us retain your keys after your sit ends in case of emergencies or unexpected trips.
If you choose not to leave your keys with us we suggest purchasing and using a lockbox, available at most hardware stores.
If you choose not to do this, there is a $10 charge for both key pickup and return.
Require 2 copies of keys.
Please make sure in advance that all copies work in the doors that we will be using. Locksmiths can be expensive!
If you live in a gated community, we will also need a copy of the gate card/remote control/access codes needed to enter your community.
We accept the following forms of payment:
Cash (please leave for sitter, do not mail)
Paypal
Check (leave for sitter or mail to our office)
Credit card via our scheduling app
We prefer that you notify us of cancellations as far in advance as possible, but we realize that life doesn’t always work that way.
For 24 hour sits we require 24 hour notice. For all other sits, we require 3 hours notice.
