Why Do Clients Choose Us?

We understand that life and the needs of our pets can be unpredictable and we do our best to be flexible and work with our client’s needs. We listen to our clients and create new services and service packages based upon the needs that have been expressed.

We started offering our 15 minute potty breaks, when several clients indicated a need to have their dogs let out to take care of business midday. Understanding that a full dog walk was not necessary, we created a new service to cater specifically to this need.

  • Caring & Trained Staff

Our team of pet sitters and dog walkers go through a rigorous internal training program and Pet First Aid training. When selecting candidates during our interview process, we look far beyond just a love for animals, but a desire to connect with an animal and it’s owner. We also have a positive reinforcement dog trainer and animal behaviourist on staff to help sitters and clients correct behavioral problems and keep pets safe and happy.

  • Safety & Security Protocols

When you hire a pet sitter, you want to know that your home and pet are in safe hands. We use a state of the art coded key system for our sitters to check out and return your house key after their visits. Sitters are also geo-tagged and GPS provides accountability and evidence of their visit.

  • Text Message Updates

After visits our sitters send you a text message letting you know how your pet is doing. Clients’ love getting these updates; it also serves as a confirmation that a visit transpired and their pet is doing well.
